Good News for all of you who are missing the music!

Three on a String and the Something Else! Trio will perform New Year's "Eve-Eve-Eve!" on Friday, December 28, 2018 (RESCHEDULED DATE), at the NEW Sugar Creek Supper Club, 344 Camp Road, Hayden, Alabama 35079. Dinner & the Show - $30.00 per person.

Due to the Alabama vs Oklahoma game which has been scheduled for the 29th, we all agreed that we needed to change the date of our show to the 28th. That way, we ALL get to watch the games on Saturday, and can still have our "Jerry-atric" pseudo New Year's bash on Friday. The SCSC holds twice as many people as Local Color, but it is filling up quickly! You are going to quickly fall in love with this place, which we are hoping will a more country version of our beloved Local Color. Mac & Pat McAllister are wonderful folks who are really looking forward to entertaining you out here in this beautiful country setting. NOTE: If you have already made a reservation, please drop Merle a note to let her know you still want to keep your reservation.

Sugar Creek Supper Club is a brand new venture by Mac & Pat McAllister of Hayden, Alabama. They've asked us to help them create a warm, inviting venue which will be a one-stop destination for dinner and a show, just like the original Local Color Cafe. Mac & Pat love to cook & entertain, and have had a great deal of experience in feeding large "flocks" of people here at Sugar Creek for special events and fellowship over the years. So you can look forward to wonderful hospitality as well as some great music. (Garry, Sylvia & Merle can personally vouch for the excellence of the chow! Yum!!)

Seating will be reserved, just like before at LoCo, so you will still contact Merle via email (merle.localcolor@gmail.com) or by phone/text at 205-527-0232 for reservations (good news, this place is twice the size of our Local Color, so plan to bring even more friends & family!). Or you can click the "RESERVE" button back on the Home Page.

Mac & Pat ask that you give us a 24 hour cancellation so they can more accurately plan the food preparation. This has worked very well for them over the years for the Sugar Creek Fellowship events. I know all our regular "Local Colorites" will be glad to follow their lead on this!

Format: $30.00 per person for dinner* and music.

Dinner* includes your beverage, and there will also be additional drinks available for sale later in the evening. You won't need to bring anything else except your own adult beverages (none sold on premises). Merle will have a menu for you soon! They even have a movie theater style Pop Corn popper!

Dinner served between 6:00 and 7:00. You are welcome to come on out earlier. The Something Else Trio will kick off the music at 7:30 (soon as the tables are cleared). Please bring cash, and remember this is a rural setting, so no ATMs close by! Lights go down for music just like before... settle in for some wonderful entertainment, just like you remember from Local Color.

The atmosphere is really cool and you are going to love it! Mac & Pat are simply delightful, and Merle says you are going to love them as much as she does!

If this takes off like the McAllisters hope it will, there will be a new show on the first weekend of each month, so you can mark your calendar and plan ahead. The Something Else Trio will open each show. We want to have a "plethora" of all of your favorites in the coming year, plus some special surprises! The location may be new, but the music and hospitality will be just as comfortable as before.

You may start making reservations right now! Hayden is just a short hop up I-65, right down the road from the Pumpkin Patch! GPS will take you right here, and Mac will have signs up everywhere to guide your way.

Looking forward to seeing all of you again. We've missed you all!

Love, Merle & Garry, Mac & Pat, and Sylvia & Peggy
